This unit allows for unobstructed views of the beach and ocean by the use of clear perspex railings. The building has two air conditioned gyms with beachfront pool, excellent security and front desk reception.
The master bedroom is king bedded with an en-suite bathroom, TV with cable TV and a DVD. The second bedroom is also king bedded with an en-suite bathroom, the third has two single day beds. There is a hallway bathroom that services this bedroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans.
The very modern open plan kitchen has a large granite topped counter/work station. The kitchen has a clear view of the beach and ocean across the living room and patio.
The living room is comfortably equipped with a sectional sofa and 42" LCD Flat Screen TV with cable TV and DVD.
Maid Service is supplied twice weekly. |

| Rental Terms and Conditions: |
BOOKING PROCEDURES
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. We ask that you note that the full invoice should be settled 60 days prior to arrival for winter bookings and 45 days prior to arrival for Summer bookings.
Please note that you deposit will only be accepted if requested accommodation is available. If bookings are made less than 60 days prior to arrival in winter and 45 days prior in Summer. Payment can be made by personal cheque, bank certified cheque, wire transfer or bank draft. We do not accept credit cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:

Refunds are made less any foreign exchange loss and finance charges. Cancellation insurance should be purchased to cover the cost of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, and this is recommended.
In the event that circumstances dictate that we are unable to provide the specific accommodation that has been confirmed, we will offer you similar accommodation. In the event that such alternative accommodation is not acceptable, then by us making a full refund of all monies paid to us on account of the booking, we shall be deemed free of all obligations.
FOOD PACKAGES
We can shop, on prior request, a Food Package once an itemized list is provided. The cost of this is approximately US$100.00 for two to four persons and US$150.00 for four to eight persons. Or, you can send us a list for a Breakfast Package only. This cost of this is approximately US$50.00 for two to four persons and US$70.00 for four to eight persons. Please note these are approximate prices. There is a charge of US$25.00 added to all food packages for this service. Food Package service is only provided for selected properties, ask and we will advise.
CAR RENTAL
This can be arranged through our office and current prices range from approximately US$275/week to US$475/week ranging from mokes to air conditioned sedans. Please note that these are approximate prices and therefore subject to change.
TRANSFERS
Upon request, arrangements will be made for you to be met at the Airport by our driver which will take you to your accommodation and transfer you back to the Airport at the end of your holiday. The cost of this is between US$20.00 - US$75.00 per car round trip depending on the location of your accommodation, the number of persons and amount of luggage.
ARRIVALS
There will be a charge of US$50.00 for all unscheduled arrivals. Rex Realty should be informed if you are not coming directly to the property from the airport after your arrival. We also ask that you advise us if you are having a rental car delivered to the airport that has not been booked through Rex Realty as this gives us an indication of what your arrival time will be at the property of choice.
