Gatehouse is an impressive and unique property containing 3 separate units. "Tower" is a stylish and very spacious 1 bedroom apartment. "Seaview" and "Coconut" are studios with small kitchens and a bathroom.
All 3 units can be combined with each other so that the Gatehouse can be used as either a one-, two- or three-bedroom house. Each unit has its own terrace offering splendid views of the ocean.
Tower has a secluded patio and hammock in its tropical garden next to its outdoor terrace and an additional roof terrace, ideal for sunbathing with undisturbed privacy.
Gatehouse is nestled amongst tropical plants and trees, the perfect place to hide away and enjoy total relaxation. Beautifully restored antique and modern furniture graces the interior of this lovely property creating an atmosphere of style and comfort.
All kitchens are fully equipped. Purchase of provisions prior to arrival can only be arranged when booked with maid / cook service. |

| Rental Terms and Conditions: |
To keep a booking confirmed we need to receive a downpayment of approximately 50% of the total rental fee within seven days of the day of booking. After having received a booking we will e-mail you the bank transfer information. All downpayments are basically non-refundable, but Inchcape will always try to recover days of a canceled booking. If this can be achieved refunds will be granted.
The balances will be collected upon arrival in either $-US cash or $-US Travellers Cheques. For certain booking periods as for instance Christmas / New Years we may require payment in full 60 days ahead of the arrival date.
Unfortunately we can not accept credit cards or personal checks. |
