There is a MANDATORY Christmas/New Year's Supplement of US$40.00 per room, per night from December 23 - January 2.
Policies:
All Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to a 5% Service Charge and 7.5% Value Added Tax.
All rates are room only.
All studio & one bedroom rates are based on single or double occupancy, while two bedroom rates are based on quad. occupancy.
Three nights deposit per week is required to guarantee confirmation.
Visa and MasterCard accepted.
Minimum stay between December 20th – and April 15 is 7 nights.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations received within 21 days of arrival for period December 21 - April 15 and within 14 days of arrival for period April 16 - December 20.
Refunds are not offered for no-shows or early checkouts.
There is no accommodation charge for children under 16 years.
